Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• The total order value
• The total weight of the order
• The delivery address

The available shipping options and their associated costs are therefore only displayed during checkout. Once the order value, your delivery address and the weight of your order are known, the system can calculate the correct shipping costs.

During checkout, you can also see how the shipping costs have been calculated and whether your order qualifies for free shipping.

In some cases, for example with export shipments, the system may be unable to calculate the shipping costs automatically. In that case, select the option ‘Pickup in Staphorst’. We will then contact you and provide you with a shipping cost quotation.
